About Us
Seems like it was last century...
when I started creating, fixing and installing home projects. From building our first family home in 1992 to remodeling our 1898 farmhouse, my weekends and nights have always been consumed by the big and little jobs that every home needs. Throughout the past 40 years I kept my feet in corporate America but my hands were always reaching for my tools. Now I've traded in my dress shirt for a tool belt, and enjoy every minute of helping folks get their everyday repairs done with quality, affordability and personalized attention.
Oh, I can do that!
My kids laugh that I always say this when someone mentions a repair job or home improvement they are thinking about. Whether helping our children have a new apartment fixed up, or tiling a good friend's shower remodel and upgrading his fireplace front, to rewiring lamps and hanging ceiling fans for folks in need, I've always jumped in to lend a hand. The joke used to be that I was across the street at the neighbor's fixing something while my family waited for me to come home and help with spring cleaning. From fixing dripping faucets to hanging doors, changing locks, replacing ceiling lights, power washing decks, installing crown moulding, building a new room, remodeling a bathroom, installing flooring (tile, laminate and hardwood) and repairing small appliances, I really can do it. I'll even clean up my mess and haul away your mess too!

My work is done according to your needs and specifications. Relationships have always been what started my interest in this work, so relationships with those who hire me are truly valued. My terms are to never claim expertise beyond my skill, to honestly invoice you for labor and materials, to offer options in project completion whenever possible, to fulfill the job agreed upon with excellence and efficiency and to be transparent with any issues that arise. I do offer a senior discount and occasional specials. My prices are competitive with industry standards, keeping me from cutting corners and giving you the best deal for your money. The results of these terms are confidence that your investment in me has added to the safety, value and comfort of your home.
