Are you licensed and bonded? do you have references?
Yes! I have a general contractor license, and am insured and bonded. But you should realize, there is NO TEST in WA state in order to get a contractor's license. So you need to check references and be sure that the person you hire is qualified for the job. I stand behind everything I do and have references to back it up.
Where do you buy the materials? can i get them myself and Save Money?
Great question. I shop around and try to get the best quality for the price. I do get a contractor's rate on some materials, and pass the savings on to you. I am always happy to work with you if you want to purchase materials yourself. You will always have choices, every step of the way.
do you subcontract or do all the work yourself?
What you see is what you get. If a subcontractor is needed, you will know that up front. I do every bit of what I contract with you to do.
